- Overview of the category's requirements and terms
- Invitation Process and timelines
- Review of current forms and myOIS e-form processes
- The importance of the Training and Placement Plan (DS-7002)
- UIC resources for this non-enrolled student category
- Post-invitation obligations
This workshop is open to UIC administrators whose work involves inviting J-1 EV Student Interns to UIC and supporting them while on campus. Registration is required for participation and the link will be shared via the OIS Administrator Newsletter. Please contact ois@uic.edu with any questions.
