The following topics will be covered:
- H-1B basic requirements and category overview
- Application process: timelines and filing strategies
- Review of OIS forms and documentation needed
- Discussion of immigration trends
This workshop is open to UIC administrators whose work involves hiring and onboarding international employees under the H-1B category and supporting them while on campus.
