Download iCal FileThe Office of International Services is excited to announce that beginning Oct. 1, 2024, a new batch of e-forms related to J-1 EV Scholar and H-1B/O-1/TN/E-3 Employment status will be available in the myOIS immigration portal.
This virtual training session is required for any UIC administrator planning to use the following forms:
- H-1B/O-1/TN/E-3 Initial Request Form - will replace several existing request forms for individual statuses. The new, combined form and intake process will be significantly different from the current paper (PDF) structure. All documents and signatures will be routed through the myOIS immigration portal in this multi-step process.
This training session will be offered on Sept. 18 and again on Sept. 26. Each session will be the same, and administrators are only required to attend once.
