UIC Daily Pass Requirements for In-Person Advising at OIS

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021, individuals visiting the Office of International Services for an in-person advising session, program, or event must show “green status” on their UIC Daily Pass to the front desk in order to participate. If you cannot show “green status” on your UIC Daily Pass on the date of the appointment, the in-person appointment will be rescheduled for a virtual appointment on a new date.

To access your UIC Daily Pass, visit today.uic.edu/coronavirus and click the Daily Pass icon located near the middle of the page.

Individuals fully vaccinated with a WHO/FDA-recognized COVID-19 vaccine can achieve “green status” on their UIC Daily Pass by disclosing their vaccination status through UIC Healthcheck. Individuals that are not yet fully vaccinated can achieve “green status” by disclosing their vaccination status and daily self-monitoring survey through UIC Healthcheck and participating in on-campus COVID-19 saliva testing.

More information about the UIC Daily Pass, UIC Healthcheck, saliva testing, vaccination sites and COVID-19 FAQs can be found at today.uic.edu/coronavirus.
