USCIS Expands Premium Processing Service to E-3 Petitioners
On Feb. 24, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that premium processing is now available for petitioners requesting a change or extension of status to E-3 classification. The E-3 classification applies to Australian nationals coming to the U.S. solely to perform services in a specialty occupation. Premium processing service allows petitioners to pay an additional filing fee to expedite the adjudication of certain forms, generally within 15 days.
