If you are interested in working at UIC, please contact a specific academic department for information on available opportunities. You may also find employment openings on the UIC Job Board. The Office of International Services does not facilitate appointments at the university.
Once the academic department confirms your appointment, they will work directly with OIS to initiate the appropriate U.S. immigration documentation, pending eligibility. OIS will also provide pre-arrival resources to assist you with settling into life at UIC.
If you have been offered a position at UIC and do not require immigration sponsorship, please contact oisscholar@uic.edu and OIS will assist you with the employee check-in process.
