Your health and wellness is central to your success at UIC and beyond. There are many UIC resources available to help you achieve your health and wellness goals and to make sure you are putting your best forward during your academic career.

UIC is a campus on the move! There are many ways to get moving and energized, from the Student Recreation Facility on East Campus to the Sport and Fitness Center on West Campus, there are many ways to stay fit and active. Going to the gym not your ‘thing’? Join an intramural sport or check out a sports club on campus.

Supporting your wellbeing and mental health Heading link

The UIC Wellness Center offers many resources, services and workshops for UIC students, including wellness supplies, stress management resources, pop-up pantry and housing insecurity assistance. Additionally, the Counseling Center offers services and resources to students seeking therapy.

Visiting Scholars and international employees in a paid university appointment may visit the Employee Assistance Program website for resources on work-life balance and University counseling offerings.
